PMOP性激素水平与中医证素的相关性研究

目的 :探讨绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)性激素水平与中医证素的相关性。方法 :依据证素辨证学,选择肾虚、肾虚+痰湿、肾虚+瘀血、肾虚+气滞PMOP患者各30例,检测性激素六项:促黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(Pro)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_2)、泌乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)。符合正态分布的数据组采用Person直线相关分析,不符合正态分布的采用Spearman相关分析,进行证素积分和性激素六项的相关性分析。结果:肾虚与Pro、FSH、T呈负相关性,与LH、E_2呈正相关性;肾虚+气滞与FSH、E_2呈负相关性,与LH、Pro、T呈正相关性;肾虚+痰湿与Pro、FSH、T呈负相关性,与LH、E_2呈正相关性;肾虚+血瘀与E2呈负相关性,与LH、Pro、FSH、T呈正相关性,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PMOP证素与性激素水平存在一定相关性。

Study on Correlations between Syndrome Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Sex Hormone Levels of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Objective:To study the correlations between the syndrome elements of traditional Chinese medicine and sex hormone levels of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP). Methods:According to the method of syndrome differentiation,patients with kidney deficiency,kidney deficiency combined with phlegm,kidney deficiency combined with blood stasis,kidney deficiency combined with phlegm-dampness were selected,30 patients in each group. The six sex hormone levels including: LH,Pro,FSH,E_2,PRL,T were tested. Person linear correlation analysis was used in the data group that conformed to the normal distribution,Spearman correlation analysis was used if the data was not consistent with the normal distribution,and the correlation analysis of syndrome elements of traditional Chinese medicine and sex hormone levels was carried out. Results:Kidney deficiency is negatively correlated with Pro,FSH and T,and is positively correlated with LH and E_2. Kidney deficiency combined with qi stagnation is negatively correlated with FSH and E_2,and is positively correlated with LH,Pro and T. Kidney deficiency combined with phlegm is negatively correlated with Pro,FSH and T,and is positively correlated with LH and E_2. Kidney deficiency combined with blood stasis is negatively correlated with E_2,is positively correlated with LH,Pro,FSH,and T(P< 0.05). Conclusion:The syndrome elements of traditional Chinese medicine of postmenopausal osteoporosis are correlated with sex hormone levels.
