赖新生针药结合治疗失眠经验总结

LAI Xinsheng's Experience in Treating Insomnia by Combining Using Needling and Medication

Professor LAI Xinsheng's experience in treating insomnia were briefly recorded to summarize the medication and acupoint selection. Prof. LAI believes that the occurrence of insomnia is related to five zang organs,corresponding to yin and yang,combining with the characteristics of insomnia. Concurrent deficiency and excess,impairment of five zang organs causing insomnia,calming five zang organs and regulating yin and yang as the main treatment principle,so treatment should focus on adjusting the five zang organs,qi and blood,yin and yang so as to supply for the source of qi and blood production and yin-yang conversion with significant effects. Accurate point selection is based on syndrome differentiation by appropriate supplementation and drainage.
