| 摘 要： | 目的 :血栓闭塞性脉管炎 (thromboangitis obliterans,TAO)病因研究的关键环节是血栓闭塞性脉管炎模型复制 ,本研究希望提供一个可靠、确实的复制方法。方法 :针对多种致病因素 ,采用烟草致敏、寒冻、注射 TAO免疫提取物、影响性激素水平等方法 ,对 Wister实验大白鼠进行动物模型的复制。结果和结论 :通过体征观察、常规病理观察、扫描电镜观察、血液流变学检查及中医辨证分型 ,并与已确诊的人类 TAO比较 ,可基本确认研制结果符合血栓闭塞性脉管炎动物模型 |

| Abstract: | Objective:Thromboangitis obliterans(TAO) is one of common chronic periarterial ischemia disorders.There is always a puzzle about the etiology of TAO.Because of the characteristic of human medicine,the key step of etiologic research is the development of animal model with TAO.Up till now,there is no systematic,confirmed example about animal model with TAO.The aim of this experiment is to develop a animal model with TAO.Methods:Wister rats were managed by tobacoo sensitization,cold,injection of TAO immune abstract and disturbance of sex hormone,which were generally accepted as the important etiologic factors of TAO.Result and conclusion:Through observing of acromelic sign,pathological examination,scanning electromicroscopy examination and hemorrheology examination,and comparison with human TAO,the animal model of TAO is identified. |
