白松片对慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠行为学改变的影响

目的 :观察中药白松片的抗抑郁作用。方法 :采用慢性综合应激法建立抑郁大鼠模型。观察白松片对该型大鼠行为学改变的影响。结果 :与空白组相比 ,模型组大鼠的水平穿越格数、竖立次数、理毛时间均减少 ,中央格停留时间、粪便粒数均增加 ;大鼠体重增长数明显减少 ;蔗糖溶液消耗量明显减少 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。与模型组相比 ,白松片组大鼠的水平穿越格数、竖立次数、理毛时间均有增加 ,中央格停留时间、粪便粒数均有减少 ;大鼠体重增长数增加 ;蔗糖溶液消耗量增加 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论 :白松片能明显改善抑郁动物的各项行为学指标 ,具有抗抑郁作用

EFFECTS OF BAISONG TABLET ON BEHAVIORAL CHANGES OF CHRONIC MILD STRESS-INDUCED DEPRESSION MODEL RATS

Objective: To observe the antidepressant effect of Baisong tablet. Methods: The depression model of rats was established by chronic unpredictable mild and comprehensive stress. The effects of Baisong tablet on their behavioral changes was observed. Results: Compaired to normal group, the crossed squares, number of rearing, time of decorating, the increase of body weight and the sucrose solution intake were decreased significantly, and the staying time in central square and defecation were increased in depression model group(P<0.05, or P<0.01). Compaired to the depression model group, the crossed squares, number of rearing, time of decorating were increased, and the staying time in central square and defecation were decreased(P<0.05, or P<0.01). The increase of body weight and sucrose solution intake were also increased significantly in Baisong tablet group. Conclusion: Baisong tablet can improve behavior of depression model rats and possess an antidepressant effect.
