补肾抑抗汤治疗免疫性复发性自然流产的临床观察

目的:探讨补肾抑抗汤治疗免疫性复发性自然流产的临床疗效。方法:将确诊的54例免疫性复发性自然流产患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组27例,采用阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗;观察组27例,采用补肾抑抗汤治疗。比较两组治疗后总有效率及治疗1个月、2个月后的血清人干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平变化。结果:观察组总有效率明显提高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P0.05);观察组治疗后IFN-γ水平明显降低,而IL-4、IL-10水平明显升高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:补肾抑抗汤治疗免疫性复发性自然流产的临床疗效较佳,可有效调节患者的免疫功能,诱导免疫耐受。

Clinical Observation of Bushen Yikang Decoction in Treating Immune Recurrent Spon-taneous Abortion

Objective：To explore the effect of Bushen Yikang decoction in treating immune recurrent sponta- neous abortion. Methods ：According to random number table method,54 cases of recurrent spontaneous abor-tion were divided into the control group,27 cases treated with aspirin and low molecular heparin therapy, observation group,27 cases treated by Bushen Yikang decoction. The total effective rate and the serum in-terferon-γ （IFN-γ）,interleukin-4 （IL-4）,interleukin-10 （IL-10） level changes were compared after 1 month and 2 months. Results：Total effective rate of observation group increased significantly,there were significant dif-ference compared with that of the control group（P〈0.05）. In observation group,IFN-γ levels significantly decreased after treatment,while IL-4,IL-10 level increased significantly,there were significant difference compared with those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Bushen Yikang decoction had better clinical efficacy in treating immune recurrent spontaneous abortion,can effectively adjust the immune function and induce immune tolerance.
