“中医生存质量自评量表”的评价

目的:构建并验证“中医生存质量自评量表”的可行性、信度、效度、反应度。方法:在整体观念指导下,体现中医临床信息和辨证的特点,基于整体症状、五脏和气血阴阳的功能异常等10个维度,构建“中医生存质量自评量表”,收集临床信息,借用SAS 6.12统计分析。结果:信度系数R>0.70,克朗巴赫α系数均大于0.7,标准关联效度系数均大于0.5(P<0.0001),单因素方差分析P<0.0001。结论:量表的可行性、结构稳定性、内部一致性较好,能够区分正常人群和患病人群。但因子分析结果不理想。

Assessment on the self-evaluation scale of life quality of TCM

Objective: To found and assess the feasibility, the reliability,the validity and the responsibility of a self-evaluation scale of life quality of TCM.Methods: Guided by the holism of TCM,and based on ten dimensions of the whole symptom and abnormal function performance of five Zangs,Qi,Xue,Yin and Yang,the self-evaluation scale of life quality of TCM was founded in terms of the characteristic of clinical information and syndrome differentiation of TCM Medicine.Clinical information was collected and analyzed by SAS 6.12.Results: The coefficient of reliability R>0.70.The Cronbach coefficient α>0.70.The criterionrelated validity all over 0.5(P<0.0001).The result of the one-way ANOVA P<0.0001.Conclusion: The feasibility,the criterion-related validity and internal consistency were satisfactory.The scale could differentiate the patients from subjects.But the factor analysis is not an ideal result.
