糖尿病证群调查及证型研究

目的 :探讨糖尿病中医客观证群状况及规范辨证论治分型。方法 :通过对省内 3 0 0 0例糖尿病患者的病情调查 ,并应用统计学方法 ,找出症间及症与病程、各检验指标间的相关因素 ,归类出部分结合频度较高的证群组合。结果 :筛选出八种辨证分型 ,依次为气阴两虚型 (6 2 0例 ,占 2 0 .6 7% )、阴虚燥热型、气虚血瘀型、湿热困脾型及阴阳两虚型 ,此五型占总数的 70 .8% ;其余肝肾阴虚型、脾肾阳虚型、痰瘀互结型 ,共占总数的 2 1.8% ;另外尚有五型仅占 7.4% ,不计在内。结论 :此八种辨证分型较传统分型变化很大 ,且更贴近当今糖尿病的发生发展情况 ,临床辨治按此分型更为科学

SURVEY AND STUDY ON TCM SYNDROMES OF DIABETES MELLITUS

Objective:Through surveying the distribution of TCM syndromes of diabetes mellitus(DM),to classify DM according to its distinct syndromes Methods:Three thousand cases of DM were surveyed The relationship among syndromes,courses and laboratory indexes of the patients were analyzed,and some common syndromes of TCM were selected Results:Eight TCM syndrome types of DM were selected from the patients The most common type was the syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin (600 cases,20 67 percent in all of the patients),and the other common types were the syndrom of pathogenic dryness heat combined with deficiency of Yin,deficiency of Qi combined with blood stasis,stagnated damp heat in the spleen,deficiency of both Yin and Yang,etc Conclusion:The eight syndrome types of DM tally with the actual situation of DM So,the classification of DM are more scientific in clinical application
