| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了辨病的历史发展概况,指出了病、辨病、辨病施治的基本概念。辨病是对疾病的整体考察,发现疾病的基本矛盾和发展规律。辨证在辨病的前提下进行,才更有指导性、针对性。此外,还简述了祖国医学对疾病的命名诊断有自己的认识规律,肯定了其科学性,也指出了不足。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the historical survey of differentiation of diseases and introduces the basic concept of diseases, differentiation of diseases and determination of treatment based on the differentiation of diseases. Differentiation of diseases is a gegeral observation on diseases, from which the basic contradictions and developing law of diseases can be discovered, Without the differentiation of diseases, differentiation of syndrome and signs has no guriding and directing against nature. This paper states traditional chinese medicine has its own unders tanding law on the name diganosis of diseases. It introduces scientific nature and deficiencies of differentiating diseases. |
