| 摘 要： | 目的:初步探讨中药寒热药性与蛋白质含量的相关性。方法:采用考马斯亮蓝法测定20味中药的蛋白质含量,以蛋白质含量为指标,确定中药药性与蛋白质含量的相关关系。结果:中药的寒热药性与蛋白质含量没有统计学意义,但10种热性药蛋白质平均含量为12.6670mg/g,10种寒性药蛋白质平均含量为6.5036mg/g,热性药蛋白质含量是寒性药的1.9倍。结论:蛋白质含量与中药寒热药性有一定的相关性。
