白芷提取液加热过程中欧前胡素稳定性研究

摘    要:目的:研究白芷提取液65℃和70℃加热过程中欧前胡素的浓度变化,为浓缩温度的设定提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,测定欧前胡素在65℃、70℃不同加热时间的浓度变化。结果:在65℃和70℃水浴恒温条件下,0~8 h欧前胡素浓度保持不变。结论:在65℃、70℃欧前胡素受热8 h浓度稳定。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the thermal stability of imperatorin in the extractive liquid of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix during heating process and provide basis for concentration temperature.Methods:The extractive liquid of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix was concentrated for 8 hours at 65 ℃ and 70 ℃ respectively.The content of imperatorin was quantified by HPLC at same time interval(1 h).Results:The content of imperatorin had barely decreased under both conditions.Conclusion:The result indicated that imperatorin in Angelicae Dahuricae Radix remains stable in the process of concentration at 65 ℃ and 70 ℃ within 8 hours.
