龚学忠治疗复发性尿路感染经验

总结龚学忠治疗复发性尿路感染的经验。认为本病病机主要责之于肾虚膀胱湿热,兼见血瘀;治疗以益气滋肾清利法为主,祛邪兼以扶正、标本同治;强调久病当活血化瘀、助膀胱气化,重视清利下焦湿热,方用益气滋阴清利方,常用药物为:太子参、生地黄、牛膝、薏苡仁、虎杖、红藤、乌药。

GONG Xuezhong's Experiences in Treating Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection

GONG Xuezhong's experiences in treating recurrent urinary tract infections were summarized in this paper. It was believed that the pathogenesis of recurrent urinary tract infections should mainly be the kidney deficiency and bladder damp- heat with blood stasis. Tonifying qi,nourishing kidney and eliminating method were recommended for the treatment of eliminating pathogen and strengthening healthy qi,treating the branch and root simultaneously. It was emphasized that promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,assisting qi transformation in the bladder and clearing away the damp- heat from lower energizer should be used in the treatment of prolonged illness with Yiqi Ziyin Qingli Decoction,commonly used herbs including:radix pseudostellariae(Taizishen),radix rehmanniae recen(Shengdihuang),radix achyranthis bidentatae(Niuxi),fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae(Yiyiren),polygomum cuspidatum(Huzhang),sargent gloryvine(Hongteng),the root of three- nerved spicebush(Wuyao).
