《经穴解》学术特色及学术影响探析

Analysis on Academic Characteristics and Influence of Annotation of Acupoints

Annotation of Acupoints,was written by YUE Hanzhen,a famous doctor of acupuncture and moxibustion in Qilu in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties.The book has distinctive academic features:it expounds the value of syndrome differentiation based on meridians from three aspects:syndrome differentiation based on meridians,syndrome differentiation based on symptoms,and syndrome differentiation based on renying and cunkou.The connection between meridians and zangfu organs is analyzed,focusing on the combination of syndrome differentiation based on meridians and syndrome differentiation based on zangfu organs;the names of acupoints in the book can be interpreted from various aspects such as the indications of acupoints,the relationships between meridian circulation and the exuberance and decline of qi and blood,and geographical positions.The exuberance and decline of qi and blood at acupoints are analyzed to provide the basic idea for recognizing acupoints.“Mutual storage of five zang organs”is used as a theoretical guider to elaborate the indications of acupoints,embodying its academic characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment from the whole,focusing on the relationship between meridians and zangfu organs,and revealing the complex links between zangfu organs.The book is comprehensive and meticulous,and the interpretation is in-depth and simple.It provides a reference for the modern acupuncture clinic and promotes the inheritance and development of Qilu medicine.
