基于数据挖掘探讨针灸治疗亨特综合征选穴规律

目的:采用数据挖掘探析现代临床文献中针灸治疗亨特综合征的选穴规律。方法:全面检索并筛选中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方期刊数据库(WF)、维普(VIP)等数据资源系统中的中文文献,选取从1994年1月至2019年3月符合以针灸治疗或其他中医外治法治疗亨特综合征的文献,对所选腧穴、穴位归经及其所属特定穴进行描述性分析,对相关数据进行二阶关联分析、三阶关联分析,并制作网络图。结果:经过严格筛选后,共纳入35篇文献,涉及相关腧穴51个,其中合谷穴应用频次最高;所选腧穴遍布十四经脉,其中足阳明胃经使用频次最多;对于交会穴的选择明显高于其他特定穴。结论:合谷为治疗亨特综合征的首选穴位,针刺治疗亨特综合征以阳明经脉为主,且重视局部取穴,配合辨证随证取穴,为亨特综合征的临床研究及治疗提供有效依据。

Analysis of Acupoint-selecting Regularity of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Hunt Syndrome Based on Data Mining

Objective:To explore acupoint-selecting regularity of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating Hunt Syndrome in modern clinical literature by using data mining technology.Methods:Chinese literature in CNKI,WF and Weipu data resource systems were searched and screened comprehensively.From January 1994 to March 2019,literature of Hunt Syndrome treated by acupuncture and moxibustion or other external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine was selected.The selected acupoints,meridians of acupoints and their specific points were described and analyzed.The data was analyzed by second-order correlation analysis and third-order correlation analysis,and the network diagram was made.Results:After strict screening,total 35 papers were included,involving 51 related acupoints,among which Hegu acupoint was the most frequently used acupoint,and the selected acupoints were distributed over 14 meridians,among which stomach meridian of foot yangming was the most frequently used,and the selection of intersection acupoints was also significantly higher than other specific acupoints.Conclusions:Hegu is the preferred acupoint for the treatment of Hunt Syndrome.Acupuncture treatment of Hunt Syndrome is mainly based on Yangming meridian,and attaches importance to local acupoint selection,combined with syndrome differentiation and syndrome-based acupoint selection,which provides an effective basis for clinical research and treatment of Hunt facial paralysis.
