舒郁汤治疗围绝经期抑郁症30例

目的:观察舒郁汤治疗女性围绝经期抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:选取围绝经期抑郁症患者60例,采用分层随机抽样法分为治疗组30例、对照组30例,治疗组采用自拟方舒郁汤治疗,对照组口服谷维素和维生素B_1治疗,治疗8周后,比较两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,检测两组血清雌二醇(E_2)、促卵泡成熟素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平。结果 :治疗后治疗组HAMD评分低于对照组(P0.05)、E_2水平高于对照组(P0.05);两组FSH、LH水平都有所降低,但治疗组水平明显低于对照组(P0.05);治疗组总有效率96.67%,优于对照组的66.67%(P0.05)。结论:舒郁汤治疗围绝经期抑郁症疗效显著。

Perimenopausal Depression of 30 cases Treated with Shuyu Decoction

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of Shuyu decoction in treating perimenopausal depression. Methods:Total 60 patients were divided into 2 groups according to stratified sampling method:the treatment group(30 cases) received Shuyu decoction,the control group(30 cases) was given oryzanol and Vitamin B1. After 8 weeks of treatment,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) scores of the two groups were compared and estradiol(E_2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH) were detected. Results:After treatment,HAMD scores in the treatment group were lowered compared with those in the control group(P< 0.05) and the level of E_2 in the treatment higher than the control group(P< 0.05). The levels of FSH and LH in the two groups both lowered(P< 0.05) and the treatment group was more significantly(P< 0.05). The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion :Shuyu decoction was effective in treating perimenopausal depression.
