反压法推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

目的 :观察反压法推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法 :符合诊断标准的椎动脉型颈椎病患者280例,随机分为治疗组及对照组各140例。治疗组以反压法推拿为主治疗,对照组牵引为主治疗,两组5 d为1疗程,治疗2疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈87例,好转49例,无效4例,总有效率97.14%,对照组痊愈42例,好转59例,无效39例,总有效率72.14%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:反压法推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有较好疗效。

Cinical Observation on Anti-pressure Massage on treating Cervical Spondylosis with Vertebral Artery Type

Objective:To observe the curative effect of anti-pressure massage therapy on cervical spondylosis with vertebral artery type. Methods:Total 280 cases of cervical spondylosis with vertebral artery type were randomly divided into two groups(n=140). The treatment group was treated with anti-pressure massage therapy,the control group with traction treatment. Both the two groups had 5 days for one period of treatment.There were two courses of treatment. Results:In the treatment group,87 cases were cured,49 cases were improved,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 97.14%. In the control group,42 cases were cured,59 cases were improved,39 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 72.14%. There was significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.01). Conclusion:Anti-pressure massage therapy has good curative effect on treating cervical spondylosis with vertebral artery type.
