复方甲地孕酮微囊注射液对大鼠垂体前叶超微结构的影响

摘    要:用不同剂量的复方甲地孕酮微囊注射液注射大鼠,观察垂体前叶催乳激素细胞和促性腺激素细胞的超微结构变化,结果在一定剂量下,对催乳激素细胞有促进作用,促性腺激素细胞在0.2ml和0.4ml组出现抑制性改变。各实验组催乳激素细胞的内质网呈现同心圆排列,同心圆数目与对照组相比,差异有高度显著性(P<0.005)。随着剂量增加,出现髓样变结构的细胞增多,其0.4ml组与对照组相比,差异有高度显著性(P<0.005)。

Abstract:Twenty adult female rats were dividedequally into 4 groups. One group was usedas the control. The other 3 groups wereinjected intramuscularly with differentdoses of the injection of microencapsulatedcompound megestrol acetate (0. 1ml, 0.2mland 0.4 ml). After 7 days the rats weredecapitated. Under the electron microscope onehundred randomly selected prolactin cellswere observed in each group. The prolactincells in the control animals were oval orpolygonal; they contained granules in ir-regular shape and size (300-700nm), andRER were rich and parallelly arranged. In the experimental groups the RERbecame concentrically arranged. Whenthe amount of the concentric arrange-ments was compared with that of thecontrol, there was a statistically significantdifference (P<0.005). In the experimentalanimals, the amount of cells developedmyelinoid structures, increasing with thedose of the injection. When the 0.4 mlgroup was compared with the control,there was a statistically significant dif-ference (P<0.005). Gonadotropic cells of the 0.2 ml and0.4 ml experimental groups showed in-creased heterochromatin. The perinuclearcistern as well as RER was more dilatedthan that of the control, and containedcatkin contents.
