N-酰基谷氨酸的细胞遗传毒性研究

摘    要:作者应用小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核试验和睾丸生殖细胞染色体畸变分析,研究了N-酰基谷氨酸的细胞遗传毒性。五天经口最高总剂量达2个LD_(50)时,微核率与阴性对照组无显著性差异。五天经口最高总剂量达1个LD_(50)时,睾丸生殖细胞染色体畸变分析结果仍为阴性。

Abstract:Cytogenetic damage induced by N-acyl-glutamic acid was evaluated by determiningthe frequencies of micronuclei in polychro-matic erythrocytes of the bone marrow infore,and of chromosomal aberrations inspermatogonia and primary sprematocytes intestes of male mice.In the micronucleustest,N-acylglutamic acid was administeredorally to 4 groups of 10 mice (5 each sex)with doses of 295,590,1180 and 2360 mg/kg perday for 5 consecutive days individually.In all of the 4 treated groups as comparedwith the negative control,no significantdifference was observed in the frequenciesof micronucleated polychromatic erythrocy-tes.In chromosomal aberration analysis,5mature male mice used in each dose groupreceived by mouth daily 5 consecutive dosesof 110, 190, 330 and 590 mg/kg.In all the4 dose groups,there were no remarkableincreases in comparison with the controlgroup in the frequencies of chromosomalaberration in spermstogonia and primaryspermatocytes of thee testes. The above-mentioned results haverevealed that N-acylglutamic acid has nogenotoxicity in somatic and reproductivecells of mice.
