| 摘 要： | 本文报道因上消化道症状进行胃镜检查的149例病人的胃粘膜活检标本,通过涂片革蓝氏染色和切片镜检及细菌培养,发现不同于HP的螺旋形细菌阳性4例,检出率为2.68％。用HP的培养方法未能分离出该菌,用上述几种方法检查,未查见HP。该菌具有独特的密螺旋形,其形态与猫、狗胃中发现的细菌相似。这些病例中螺旋形细菌与慢性胃炎同时存在。该菌是否经动物传播给人有待进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Biopsy specimens from thegastric mucosa of 149 patients who under-went gastroduodenal endoscopy for uppergastrointestinal complaints were studied bylight microscopy and culture. Spiral shapedbacteria were detected in four of thespecimens by smears with Gram stain.The positive rate was 2.68%, but these bac-teria and HP did not grow in culture. Thocharacteristic helical morphology of thebacteria appears to be similar to that ofthe bacteria found in the stomach of catsand dogs. And. what of significance inthese cases is the presence of spiralshaped bacteria in association with chronicgastritis. |
