龋敏感部位牙釉质表层结构的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:本文报道用扫描电镜观察38颗正常牙齿的龋敏感部位(点隙与邻面触点附近)表层牙釉质的结构。结果表明这些部位的表层有微小缺陷,这种缺陷减弱了牙齿的抗龋力。 邻面触点附近表层牙釉质的结构与颊舌面相似,也可分为无釉柱型和釉柱型,但邻面表层的缺陷较多。

Abstract:Thirty eight posterior teeth were pre-pared and examined under SEM about thestructure of surface enamel at the cariessus-ceptible sites. It was found that either at thesites near the contact point on the prox-imal surfaces or in the occlusal pits, de-velopment defects were common which maydecrease the caries-resistance of the tooth. The structure of surface layer may beclassified as prismless and with prism. Thevariations near the contact points on theproximal surface is more than those on thebuccal or lingual surfaces.
