胫腓骨远端双骨折微创接骨联合LCP的效果

摘    要:目的:分析微创接骨联合锁定加压钢板(L C P)治疗胫腓骨远端双骨折的效果.方法:回顾性分析86例患者临床资料,分为微创接骨联合LCP组(微创组)48例与传统的切开复位钢板内固定组(传统组)38例;手术治疗后,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间,术后定期随访,观察骨折愈合情况与功能恢复情况,记录骨折愈合时间与患者负重时间,观察不良反应及并发症发生情况,末次随访时计算踝关节功能Mazur评分并进行分级.结果:微创组术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、患肢负重时间较传统组均显著减少,微创组功能恢复率83.33%显著高于传统组73.68%,微创组踝关节功能Mazur评分(93.7±4.2)显著高于传统组(86.4±5.6)分,其优良率93.75%显著高于传统组81.57%,微创组的并发症发生率8.33%显著低于传统组28.9%.结论:微创接骨联合LCP治疗胫腓骨远端双骨折促进骨折愈合与功能恢复,改善踝关节功能,临床疗效好,且并发症少.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the minimally invasive osteosynthesis combined with locking compression plate (LCP) treatment of double fractures of distal tibia and fibula effect. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 86 cases of patients, divided into 48 cases of minimally invasive osteosynthesis combined with LCP group (minimally invasive group) and traditional open reduction and plate fixation group (traditional group) 38 cases; surgical treatment, were compared between the two groups in operative time, blood loss, hospitalization time, regular follow-up after operation to observe fracture healing and functional recovery, and record the fracture healing time and the patient's weight bearing time and observe the adverse reaction and complications, at the time of the last follow-up calculation function of ankle joint Mazur score and classified. Results The amount of bleeding in operation in the minimally invasive group, fracture healing time, suffer from limb load time than the tra-ditional group were significantly reduced, minimally invasive group function recovery rate was 83.33% was significantly higher than that of the traditional group 73.68%, minimally invasive group of ankle joint function Mazur score (93.7 + 4.2) was signifi-cantly higher than that of the transmission system group (86.4 + 5.6), the excellent and good rate was 93.75% was significantly higher than that of traditional group 81.57% and complications of minimally invasive group occurrence rate was 8.33%, sig-nificantly lower than that in the traditional group 28.9%. Conclusion Minimally invasive osteosynthesis combined with LCP in treatment of distal tibio fibula fractures in promoting fracture healing and functional recovery and improve the function of ankle joint, the curative effect is good, and fewer complications.
