自锁零切迹颈椎间融合器在颈椎间盘突出症的应用

目的:观察自锁零切迹颈椎间融合器在颈椎间盘突出症手术治疗中的应用价值.方法:以2014年10月~2015年10月在我院接受治疗的颈椎间盘突出症患者为观察对象,根据其手术中使用融合器的不同分为对照组(38例)和观察组(45例).其中对照组使用传统钛板融合器,观察组使用自锁零切迹颈椎间融合器.观察两组患者手术一般情况,比较两组患者治疗前后手术前后JOA评分、并发症发生率和生活质量的差异.结果:观察组手术时间较对照组短,手术出血量较对照组少,差异具有统计学意义;两组患者手术前的JOA得分无明显差别,手术后1个月、3个月和6个月时,两组患者的JOA评分均较手术前增高,且观察组增高更明显;两组患者术后吞咽困难、声音嘶哑等并发症发生率无明显差别;两组患者手术前生活质量得分无明显差别,手术后,两组患者生活质量均较手术前增高,且观察组增高更明显.结论:自锁零切迹颈椎间融合器在颈椎间盘突出症手术治疗中应用可明显改善患者的临床症状,改善其生活质量,具有临床应用价值.

Self zero notch cervical cage used in cervical disc herniation

Objective To investigate the application value of self zero notch cervical intervertebral fusion cage on cervi-cal disc herniation in surgical treatment. Methods Cervical disc herniation patients treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the observation object, according to the operation of the use of fusion device were divided into control group(38 cases)and observation group(45 cases). The control group used the traditional titanium plate fusion, the obser-vation group using self zero notch cervical intervertebral fusion cage. The operation of the two groups were observed, compared with the two groups before and after the treatment of JOA score, the incidence of complications and quality of life differences. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant; There was no significant difference in JOA scores between the two groups before operation, 1 months, 3 months and 6 months after operation, the JOA scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before, and the observation group was significantly higher; There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative dysphagia or hoarse voice between the two groups; There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups before operation. After operation, the quality of life of the two groups was higher than before, and the observation group was sig-nificantly higher. Conclusion Self-locking zero notch cervical intervertebral fusion cage in the cervical intervertebral disc her-niation surgery application can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life, has the value of clinical application.
