2型糖尿病患者压力感受的研究

目的:评估2型糖尿病患者压力感受水平。方法:采用目的抽样、横断面调查方式,220名2型糖尿病成人患者,采取无记名自评方式填写由个人基本资料和压力感受量表两部分组成的问卷。所得资料用描述性分析法描述个人基本资料和压力感受的频数分布、百分比、平均值、最大值、最小值等。用Pearson相关分析法分析基本资料各项目与空腹血糖值和压力感受总分之间的相关关系。结果:研究对象所感受到的整体压力在中度以下;女性压力感受水平较男性高;空腹血糖值与压力感受呈显著正相关(r=0.265,p<0.001)。结论:2型糖尿病患者的压力感受水平越低,空腹血糖控制得越好,提示可通过护理干预、减轻患者的压力感受水平来控制其血糖水平。

A Study of Stress Perceptions on Adult Type 2 Diabetes Patients

Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of diabetes-specific stress perception,and the relationship among objective glycaemic control,education and diabetes-specific stress perception of Chinese type 2 diabetes patients.Methods 220 adults type 2 diabetic patients have been investigated with structured questionnaires.The cross section method was used.A correlational study with an objective and anonymous sample of 220 patients was recruited.A questionnaire containing a demographic sheet and diabetes-specific stress perception scale(41 items)is adopted for data collection.Relations between variables were expressed in Pearson correlation coefficients.A p value of less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The overall average Males had lower levels of stress perception than females.The stress perception levels had statistically significant positive correlation with average fasting glucose level(r=0.265,p<0.001),indicating that subjects who had the lower stress perception levels had lower average fasting glucose level.Conclusion Subjects who had lower stress perception levels had lower average fasting glucose level.The results may provide an overarching theoretical framework to guide diabetes education through lowering their stress perception level.Findings and issues identified from this study will also contribute to the development of clinic nursing,community nursing,family nursing and nursing research amongst Chinese diabetes patients.
