盐酸青藤碱传递体体外经皮渗透研究

摘    要:目的:制备盐酸青藤碱传递体,并对其体外透皮特性进行考察。方法:逆相蒸发法制备盐酸青藤碱传递体,采用透皮扩散仪,以小鼠皮肤进行体外透皮试验,比较盐酸青藤碱在水溶液、脂质体以及传递体等不同载体中的透皮行为。结果:采用逆相蒸发法制备的盐酸青藤碱传递体的平均包封率达64.9%。盐酸青藤碱传递体的药物累积透过量明显高于普通脂质体和水溶液。结论:盐酸青藤碱传递体的制备工艺可行,且以传递体为载体,可以促进盐酸青藤碱的经皮转运。

Abstract:Objective To prepare sinomenine hydrochloride transfersomes and investigate its penetration characteristics.Methods The transfersomes were prepared by a reverse evaporation method.We conducted the examination of in vitro transdemal permeation on rats' skin with diffusion device to compare the transdermal permeation ability of sinomenine hydrochloride in different carrier.Results The encapsulation efficiency of sinomenine hydrochloride transfersomes was 64.9%.The cumulative penetration amount of sinomenine hydrochloride from transfersomes was obviously higher than that of sinomenine hydrochloride liposomes and warter solution.Conclusions The preparation method of sinomenine hydrochloride transfersomes was feasible and the transfersomes can improve significantly the transdermal delivery of sinomenine hydrochloride.
