| 摘 要： | 目的:研究4种黄荆子木脂类化合物(VBE-1,2,3,4)抑制人宫颈癌Hela细胞生长作用。方法:溴化标记尿嘧啶(BrdU)掺入法测定细胞核酸合成;平皿集落形成法和软琼脂培养集落形成法检测细胞生长。结果:4种黄荆子木脂类化合物对Hela细胞的核酸合成具有显著抑制作用,呈浓度依赖性;其中VBE-3的BrdU掺入抑制作用最强,IC50是0.93μg/mL。4种黄荆子木脂类化合物明显抑制Hela细胞的集落形成能力,VBE-3的效价强度最大,平皿集落形成法检测的IC50为0.13μg/mL;软琼脂培养集落形成法检测的IC50为0.57μg/mL。结论:黄荆子木脂类化合物具有抑制人宫颈癌Hela细胞生长作用。 |
