| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨GAS41在神经胶质瘤中的表达及意义。方法:收集不同等级新鲜胶质瘤标本30例,用免疫组化染色法检测GAS41基因在这些标本中的表达情况。结果:GAS41在人高级别神经胶质瘤(III,IV级)中表达水平明显高于低级别神经胶质瘤(I,II级)(P<0.05)。结论:GAS41在神经胶质瘤中的表达水平随着肿瘤恶性程度的增高而增强,提示GAS41的表达量可以作为高级别神经胶质瘤的一个判断标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of gliomas amplified sequence 41(GAS41) and grading of human glioma.Methods Thirty fresh gliomas specimens of different grades were collected.The expression of GAS41 was detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The expression of GAS41 in the high-grade gliomas specimens(grade III,grade IV)was significantly higher than that in the low-grade(grade I,grade II)(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of GAS41 in gliomas is enhanced with the increasing degree of malignancy,and it is suggested that the expression of GAS41 may be used as a judging criterion of the high grade gliomas. |
