糖尿病治疗仪联合甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变Hs-CRP、Hcy的影响及疗效

摘    要:目的:观察糖尿病治疗仪联合甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变的炎性细胞因子超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)及高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响及临床疗效。方法:将80例糖尿病周围神经病变的住院患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。在糖尿病基础治疗的同时,对照组:甲钴胺500μg,1次/日,肌肉注射。治疗组:在对照组基础上加用糖尿病治疗仪对患者的中脘、命门、三焦俞、太溪、复溜、双侧足三里穴和三阴交穴进行磁热治疗,2次/日,每次20分钟;2周为一疗程,间隔3个月开展下一疗程治疗,共治疗三个疗程,观察两组患者治疗前、后临床症状改善,神经传导速度,Hs-CRP,Hcy的变化,同时对两组患者治疗前后进行TSS评分。结果:治疗后,两组患者TSS评分、Hs-CRP、Hcy均显著降低,神经传导速度明显增加。结论:糖尿病治疗仪联合甲钴胺可显著改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状,同时更显著降低Hs-CRP及Hcy,疗效优于单独使用甲钴胺。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of diabetes treatment instrument combined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and its influence on the level of hs-CRP and Hcy. Methods 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy( DPN) were randomly divided into treatment group( n = 40) and control group( n =40). The treatment group was treated with acupoint magnetic heat( 20 min,bid) combined with Methylcobalamin( 500μg,i. m.,qd) and the control group was treated with Methylcobalamin( 500μg,i. m.,qd) alone. The patients were treated 2 weeks for a course,with an interval of 3 months to carry out the next course. The total therapy involved 3 courses. The clinical symptoms,nerve conduction velocity,TSS score and the peripheral blood level of Hs-CRP and Hcy were compared before and after treatment. Results The TSS score,the level of Hs-CRP and Hcy were significantly reduced and the nerve conduction velocity was obviously increased in both group after treatment,and after treatment,there were significant differences on the levels in TSS score,Hs-CRP,Hcy and the nerve conduction velocity between two groups. Conclusion Diabetes treatment instrument combined with mecobalamin can significantly improve the symptoms and decrease the level of Hs-CRP and Hcy of the DPN patient,the effect is better than a single use of mecobalamin.
