复方香艾液气溶胶对特定空间的消毒效果观察

目的:观察中药复方香艾液气溶胶对特定空间消毒的效果。方法:借助气溶胶喷雾机将复方香艾液呈气溶胶状喷洒到流动采血车内,同时用三氯异氰尿酸(健之素)溶液作阳性对照,分别于消毒前、消毒后0.5 h、1 h、2 h、4 h各时间段按自然沉降法取样,进行细菌培养,观察两种消毒方法对采血车内空气消毒的效果及维持时间。结果:两种消毒剂比较,均具有良好的消毒效果,维持时间相当。结论:复方香艾液气溶胶具有和三氯异氰尿酸气溶胶相同的消毒效果,能有效防治采血车空气中细菌污染。

The effect of air disinfection of the compound xiangai aerosol on particular space

Objective To explore the compound xiangai aerosol of a particular space disinfection effect.Methods Aerosol spray machine will the compound xiangai solution spray at the flowing pick blood vehicle in particular space,the same method used trichloroisocyanuric acid aerosols,as the positive control respectively at before spraying,and spray 0.5 h,1 h,2 h,4 h according to the natural settlement method sampling,bacteria cultivation,observe the two disinfection method to the flowing pick blood vehicle in particular space within the effect of air disinfection and length of time..Results Two disinfectant comparison,all have good sterilizing effects,the disinfection duration quite.Conclusion The compound xiangai aerosol and the trichloroisocyanuric acid aerosols have the same disinfection effect,and can effectively control the air pollution the flowing pick blood vehicle in particular space bacteria.
