| 摘 要： | 目的:氨基酸配方和大豆蛋白婴儿配方粉剂治疗食物蛋白过敏患儿疗效观察。方法:临床观察氨基酸配方和大豆蛋白婴儿配方治疗食物蛋白过敏患儿症状临床疗效指标及不良反应指标。结果:氨基酸配方和大豆蛋白配方粉剂喂养食物蛋白过敏婴儿12周能改善患儿过敏症状和满足婴儿的正常发育的营养需要;且未见明显代谢异常。结论:氨基酸配方和大豆蛋白配方粉剂能明显改善患儿过敏症;肠内营养粉和大豆蛋白配方粉剂可满足食物蛋白过敏婴儿的正常发育生长;经过12周临床观察,喂养干预患儿未见明显代谢异常。

| Abstract: | Objective The aims to observe the treatment effect of amino acid and soy protein formula powder to treat infants who are allergic to foodstuff proteins.Methods Clinical indicators and abnormal reactions are applied during the treatment of amino acid and soy protein formula powder to treat infants who are allergic to foodstuff proteins.Results Amino acid and soy protein formula powder can improve the allergy of 12-year-old patients who are allergic to foodstuff proteins and satisfy the nutrition requirement of normal growth for patients allergic to foodstuff protein.No obvious abnormal metabolism was found.Conclusion are allergic to foodstuff proteins can improve infant’s allergic symptoms.Intestinal nutrition powder and soy protein formula powder can satisfy the nutrition requirement of normal growth for patients allergic to foodstuff protein.After 12-week clinical observation,patients do not present obvious metabolic abnormality during feeding intervention. |
