长沙市乙肝流行状况及模式的调查研究

目的:调查目前长沙市乙肝的流行状况,了解长沙市乙肝分型模式及阳性率,为临床乙型肝炎的防治提供可靠的数据参考.方法:选择2016年1月~2016年6月长沙市中心医院体检标本8389例采用电化学发光法检测HBV血清标志物及其含量,并对其进行统计分析.结果:人群中HBsAg携带率为23.04%,单抗-HBs阳性率为28.07%.HBsAg阳性率最高年龄组为31~40岁组(26.69%),最低为0~10岁组(6.26%).HBsAg阳性率,男性高于女性,单抗-HBs阳性率女性高于男性.8389例样本共检出26种乙肝病毒血清学模式,其中发现6种特殊的乙肝标志物模式.结论:长沙市人群HBsAg携带率较高,乙肝疫苗纳入儿童免疫规划后效果显著,降低了人群HBsAg携带率,特别是10岁以下儿童下降幅度更为明显.本研究中发现的几种特殊的乙肝标志物模式出现的真正原因有待进一步研究.

Investigation on Epidemic Status and Pattern of Hepatitis B in Changsha Area

Objective To investigate the epidemic status of hepatitis B in Changsha City, provide the reference for clinical prevention of hepatitis B.Methods The serological markers of HBV in 8389 cases were detected by Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA) and results were conducted by statistical analysis.Results The positive rates of HBsAg and anti-HBs were 23.04%,28.07%, respectively. The highest positive rate of HBsAg was26.69% in 31~40 years old group and the lowest positive rate was6.26% in0~10 years old group. the HBsAg positive rates of the males was significant higher than that of the females. The single anti-HBs positive rates of the females was significant higher than that of the males.26 serological models were detected altogether. Six special serological models were found .Conclusion The HBsAg carrying rate is high in Changsha City. The effect of immunization with HBV vaccine through EPI is remarkable. The HBsAg carrying rate is reduced significant-ly, especially the age group of less than10 years old. several special serological models of HBV were found, so further studies of them are necessary.
