瘢痕子宫剖宫产术产后出血的药物预防治疗体会

目的：探讨瘢痕子宫剖宫产产后出血的药物预防治疗体会。方法：选取2014年1月～2014年9月在我院接受治疗的瘢痕子宫剖宫产患者90例，按照随机的方法将所有的患者分为观察组和对照组各45例，观察组患者给予卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素治疗，对照组患者单纯给予缩宫素治疗，比较两组患者治疗后不同时间段出血量。治疗后并发症发生率以及收缩压、舒张压以及脉搏变化情况。结果：治疗前后，两组患者的收缩压、舒张压以及脉搏情况进行比较，差异无统计学意义；治疗后，观察组患者出现恶心呕吐、胸闷、头晕、腹泻以及窦性心动过速（2.22%、4.44%、0.00%、2.22%、6.67%）等不良反应低于对照组（20.00^%、22.22%、17.78%、22.22%、26.67%、），两组患者进行比较，差异具有统计学意义；观察组患者术中出血量、产后2小时出血量以及产后24小时出血量低于对照组患者，两组患者进行比较，差异具有统计学意义。结论：卡前列甲酯栓联缩宫素对于预防瘢痕子宫剖宫产产后出血患者效果显著，促进患者的子宫收缩，值得临床推广使用。

Uterine scar cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage treatment of drug prevention

Objective To investigate the uterine scar postpartum hemorrhage treatment of drug prevention. Methods J 90 cases of uterine scar cesarean patients selected from January 2014 to September 2014 in our hospital for treatment, in a random way all the patients were divided into observation group and control group of 45 patients in the observation group were treated with card forefront of methyl suppository oxytocin treatment, the control group were given oxytocin treatment alone, the amount of bleeding in different time periods after treatment were compared. After treatment, the incidence of complications and systo-lic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse changes. Results After treatment, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate in the two groups of patients were compared, the difference was not statistically significant;after treat-ment, the observation group were nausea and vomiting, chest tightness, dizziness, diarrhea, and sinus tachycardia speed(2.22%, 4.44%, 0.00%, 2.22%, 6.67%)and other adverse reactions than the control group(20.00^%, 22.22%, 17.78%, 22.22%, 26.67%, ), two groups of patients were compared, differences statistically significant;blood loss in patients in the observation group, 2 hours postpartum hemorrhage and 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage than the control group patients, two groups of patients were compared, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Card forefront of methyl bolt linking oxytocin to prevent post-partum hemorrhage uterine scar significant effect, promote uterine contraction of the patient, worthy of clinical use.
