孟鲁斯特治疗对慢阻肺患者肺功能及 Th1、Treg 平衡的调节作用

目的：观察慢阻肺患者加用孟鲁斯特钠片治疗后肺功能的改善情况及对机体 Th1/Treg 平衡的影响。方法：以2011~2013年期间来我院就诊的90名慢阻肺患者为研究对象，随机分成实验组和对照组，实验组在对照组治疗方案基础上加用孟鲁斯特钠片，两组患者都在治疗前和治疗3个月后进行肺功能测定和血清细胞炎症因子检测。结果：治疗后两组患者的肺通气功能都有所改善，治疗后实验组 FEV1/FVC 明显升高且改善程度优于对照组，血清细胞因子 IL-10显著升高，对照组则无明显变化。结论：在慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床治疗中加用孟鲁特斯，能有效抑制气道炎症，并能调节介导自身免疫的 Th1/Treg 失衡状态，从而改善肺通气功能，减少发作。

Lung function and Th1/Treg balance regulation of Montelukast on patients with COPD
