摘    要:制备组织工程和药物载体用多孔β-磷酸三钙生物活性玻璃复合支架材料。这种复合支架是以表面活性剂Tween80为泡沫稳定剂,采用发泡法和冷动干燥工艺制备的。制备的支架具有良好的孔洞连通性,总孔隙度在45.2~69.3%,抗压强度处于0.56MPa~9.7MPa,孔隙尺寸在200~1200之间。固含量能显著地影响支架的孔隙尺寸、孔的连通性和机械强度。

Abstract:Porous β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) /bioactive glass (BG) composite scaffold was developed for tissue engineering and drug delivery systems. The composite scaffolds were fabricated by foaming with assistance of the surfactant Tween 80 and freeze drying processing. The scaffolds possessed a structure of good interconnected pore with a size ranging from 200 um to1000um, a total porosity of 45.2-69.3%, compressive strength as low as 0.56MPa and as high as 9.7MPa. Solid loading of slurry can significantly affect the pores size, pores interconnectivity and mechanical strength of scaffolds.
