三针微创穿刺术治疗重症丘脑出血的临床研究

目的:探讨三针微创穿刺术在重症丘脑出血治疗中的疗效。方法:76例重症丘脑出血患者被分为内科组采用常规内科治疗,微创组采用LY-I型一次性使用颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针,根据头颅CT定位,行病灶侧血肿穿刺及双侧脑室外引流术辅以尿激酶反复冲洗。结果:三针微创治疗重症丘脑出血在血肿缩少、脑水肿消退快慢、神经功能缺损评分改善、死亡率及肺部感染、应激性溃疡等并发症发生率等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三针微创治疗重症丘脑出血优于常规内科治疗。

The Clinical Study of Three Needles Micro-invasive Centesis to Therapy Severe Thalamic Hemorrhage

Objective To study the curative effect of three needles micro-invasive centesis to therapy severe thalamic hemorrhage.Methods The 76 cases of severe thalamic hemorrhage were divided into two groups.Usual medical treatment was used in the control group.The model of YL-1 disposable intracranial hematoma comminution crushing needle was used in micro-invasive centesis group.The localizing was on the basis of head CT,we firstly punctured the focal blood swelling and then did the bilateral ventricular drainage,we washed repeatedly the blood swelling with urokinase.Results The method of three needles micro-invasive centesis to therapy severe thalamic hemorrhage was better than the medical treatment group in clearing away blood swelling,extincting brain edema,neurologic impairment scoring,death rate,pulmonary infection,stress ulcer complication and so on(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of three needles micro-invasive centesis were better than medical treatment.
