| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨重型颅脑损伤病人呼吸道护理对减少肺部感染的价值。方法 89例重型颅脑损伤病人在常规治疗的基础上加强呼吸道的护理，82例同种病人的常规护理结果进行比较。结果 通过加强呼吸道护理，肺部感染率明显低于常规护理患。结论 加强重型颅脑损伤病人的呼吸道护理，可明显降低肺部感染等并发症，从而降低重型颅脑损伤病人的病死率及致残率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing of respiratory tract of severe hesa injury patients, and to value the nurse of respiratort tract to decrease the lung infestion. Methods To strengthen the nursing of respiratory tract of 89 cases of severe head injury patients, and compared to the 82 cases. Results By strengthening the nursing of respiratory tract, the lung infection has obviously decreased. Conclusion Strengthening the nurse of respiratory tract of the severe head injury patients could decrease lung infection and fatality rate of deformity seriously. |
