| 摘 要： | 目的 研究热压膜全牙列殆垫治疗磨牙症的临床效果.方法 制作热压膜全牙列殆对89例磨牙症患者进行治疗,与同期采用热凝树脂间接法殆垫治疗78例进行对照比较,观察治疗效果 结果 热压膜殆垫组总体有效率为92.13％,热凝树脂殆垫组总体有效率为79.48％,经过x2检验,两组治疗效果比较有差异性（P＜0.05）. 结论 热压膜全牙列殆垫治疗磨牙症临床效果良好.

| Abstract: | objective To study the clinical effect on the treatment for bruxism by thermal film almost all teeth pad . Methods Making hot-pressing full dentition jaw membrane treatment of 89 patients with bruxism, compared with the indirect method using thermosetting resin perilous mat 78 treated patients were compared to observe the treatment effect. Results Hot pressing almost membrane group total effective rate was 92.13%, almost thermosetting resin pad group total effective rate of 79.48%, after x 2 test, two groups of treatment effect more difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of pressing almost all teeth membrane treatment of bruxism is good. |
