目的 探讨手足口病及其合并症的临床表现，探讨其诊治方法。方法 对163例2个月～5岁临床诊断为手足口病患儿的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 手足口病患者中单纯52例，合并脑炎103例，合并心肌炎7例，合并肺水肿、肺出血1例，给予利巴韦林或喜炎平等抗病毒及对症治疗，除合并肺水肿的15天治愈，其余均在7天左右治愈，无死亡病例。结...

Clinical Analysis of 163 Cases of Hand-foot-and-mouth Disease

Objective To observe clinical manifestation of Hand-foot-and-mouth disease and its complication , discuss diagnosis methods of children Hand-foot-and-mouth disease. Methods 163 children with 2 months to 5years old had been diagnosed Hand-foot-and-mouth disease and treated in our hospital from May 2010 to October 2010, we retrospective analyze these cases. Results There were 52 simple children Hand-foot-and-mouth disease, 111 cases with encephalitis, myocarditis and pneumonedema, most of the cases had been cured with antiviral drug in 7 days, only the case with pneumonedema got well in 15days, no one died. Conclusion Prognosis in children Hand-foot-and-mouth disease was favourable, only needing early diagnosis, early treat and monitoring the change of vital sign.
