胸大肌肌皮瓣和全额皮瓣在颌面部缺损整复中的应用

目的对颌面部晚期肿瘤广泛切除后的缺损，应用胸大肌肌皮瓣和全额皮瓣联合进行整复的经验。方法应用带蒂胸大肌肌皮瓣和全额隧道皮瓣对6例晚期颌面部的恶性肿瘤根治术后的颌面缺损进行立即整复。结果全额皮瓣全部成活，1例胸大肌肌皮瓣远端部分皮肤缘坏死。术后改善了颌面部畸形，在不同程度上恢复了口腔功能。结论胸大肌肌皮瓣和全额皮瓣血供丰富，蒂部转移灵活，成活率高，制作技术简单，易掌握，是颌面部广泛切除后立即整复的可靠材料。

Application of Pectoralis Major Myocutareous Flap and Forehead Flap in the Reconstruction of Maxillofacial Defect

Objective To report the results of the experience of the use pectoralis major myacutaneous flap and forehead flap in the reconstruction of the maxillofacials defect which were given radical resection for the late period neoplasm of maxillofacial.Methods Pectoralis major myocutaneous flap and forehead flap were applied in 6 cases with neoplasm of maxillofacial after radical resection for the immediate reconstruction. Results Forehead flaps all survived, part of the long edge of the patoralis major myocutaneous flap was dead in one case.Treated by this way,the result was satisfactory,the functional reconstruction of the mouth was excellent. Conclusion The pectoralis major myocutaneous flap and the forehead flap have abundant tissue and excellent blood supply, transfering with flap which is not free,the survival rate is high. The surgical procedure is simple and easy to perform. Those two flaps are reliable materials for the reconstruction of the maxillofacial defect.
