| Abstract: | objective Exploring teaching effect of teacher-student synchronous thinking in medical community＇s multimedia courseware.Methods Selecting 166 students of the similar knowledge basement,and then divided randomly into two groups.After teaching,compareing the marks by the united examination.The databae was achieved by variance analysis and t test and χ2...Results Most students like this teaching method,and students who taught by means TATSTMMC are more likely to make goo use of libraries and network resources for learning,（χ2=16.3111,P0.001）,their performances in study have been apparently improved（t=5.1885,P0.0001）.Conclusion Using TATSTMMC can fully mobilize students＇ study enthusiasm for community medical. |
