心理护理干预在网络成瘾患者治疗中的作用

目的探讨心理护理在网络成瘾治疗中的作用。方法将60例网络成瘾患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组参加军训、学习、娱乐等疗活动，观察组在此基础上进行12周的心理护理干预。采用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、症状自评量表进行效果评价。结果观察组经12周护理干预后，SDS、SAS、SCL-90因子评分显著优于对照组（均P〈0.01）。结论心理护理干预可显著改善网络成瘾患者的负性情绪和心理障碍，促进心理康复和社会功能恢复，从而有效地戒除网瘾。

The Role of Psychological Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Internet Addiction

Ojective To explore the role of psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of intemet addiction. Methods 60 cases with internet addiction were randomly divided into the observation group and the contrast group, each group included 30 cases. The contrast group participated in the military training, learning activities, entertainment activities and so on. In addition to those activities, the observation group received 12 weeks of psychological nursing intervention. Efficiency was evaluated with self-rating depression scale （SDS）, self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and symptom ehecklist90（SCL-90）. Results After 12 weeks of psychological nursing intervention, significant differences were found in the reduction of SDS, SAS, SCL-90 factors＇ score between the observation and the contrast group（ P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can improve the negative mood and psychological barriers, and their psychological and social functions also will be recovered, thus they will give up the internet addiction successfully.
