壮医药线点灸对脾虚大鼠脑—肠轴生长抑素的影响

摘    要:目的:探索壮医药线点灸以实验性脾虚大鼠下丘脑、胃、小肠、血浆(脑-肠轴)生长抑素的影响。方法:采用耗气破气加饥饱失常法对120只Wistar大鼠进行脾虚造模,模型动物随机分为壮医药线点灸治疗组、空线点灸对照组、中药四君子汤治疗对照组和模型自然恢复组。并设立正常健康对照。治疗前后采用放射免疫分析法检测脑-肠轴上述四个部位的生长抑素水平。结果:脾虚大鼠血浆、胃、小肠组织内生长抑素的含量显著高于同期正常对照组,而下丘脑生长抑素水平则明显低于正常对照组,P<0.01。壮医药线点灸治疗后血浆、胃、小肠组织内生长抑素含量回降,而下丘脑组织内生长抑素水平上升,治疗前后比较差异有显著性,P均<0.05。结论:壮医药线点灸对脾虚大鼠脑-肠轴生长抑素水平有调整作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Medicated Thread Moxibustion of Zhuang Traditional Medicine (MTMZ)on somatostatin of brain - gut axis (hypothalamus, plasma, stomach,intestines in the treatment of model rats of spleen deficiency. Method 120 model rats of spleen difficiency were established by exhaus-tion, dissipating stagnant qi and irregular diet and they were divided into four groups randomly, the group was treated with MTMZ, the group was treated with Non-medicated Thread Moxibustion, the group was treated with Si Jun Zi decoction,as compared with the control groups. Somatostatin of hypothalamus, plas-ma, stomach,intestines were measured by radioimmunoassay before and after the treatments. Result The levels of somatostatin in plasma, stomach and intestines of model rats were higher than those of the normal control, the levels of somatostatin in hypothalamus were lower than those of the normal control. After treatment with MTMZ,the levels of somatostatin in plasma, stomach, intestines of model rats remarkably decreased (P<0. 05),while the levels of somatostatin in hypothalamus increased(P<0. 05). Conclusion MTMZ has regulatory effect on somatostatin of brain- gut axis in model rats of spleen deficiency.
