中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征临床观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法：将62例难治性肾病综合征患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例，对照组采用糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂治疗；治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上针对不同的时期辨证论治。结果：治疗组有效率89．6％，完全缓解率44．8％；对照组有效率57．0％，完全缓解率30．0％，两组比较治疗组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome Treated by the Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effects of the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods ：62 cases of patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group （32 cases） and the control group（ 30 cases）. The control group was treated by glucocorticoid and immunosuppressive agent ;the treatment group was additionally given formula of warming yang and removing water（ composition of formula： Polyporus umbellatus 12 g, Ramulus Cinnamomi 9 g, corn stigma 15 g, Plantago asiafica 20 g, Areca catechu 15 g, Cistanche dcserticola 20 g, Slania miltiorrhiza Bunge 20 g）. Results：The effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 89.6% and 57% respectively; the complete remission rates in the treatment group and the control group were 44.8% and 30% respectively. Comparison of two groups showed the treatment group was superior to the control group and the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has great curative effects on treating refractory nephrotic syndrome.
