| 摘 要： | 目的：全面评估溃疡性结肠炎（UC）对患者日常生活和身心健康带来的影响。方法：分析近年来采用普适性量表、疾病专用量表等对溃疡性结肠炎患者生存质量进行测评的文献,总结影响UC患者生存质量的因素。结果：生存质量在评估治疗效果的同时能指导临床治疗。结论：生存质量这一新的评价指标的出现将成为必然。

| Abstract: | Objective：To comprehensively assess the impact of UC on patients＇ daily life and physical and mental health. Methods：The universal scale and disease-specific scales were applied to measrue the quality of life of patients with ulcerative colitis, and summarize the factors that affect the quality of life of patients with UC. Results ： Quality of life could be used in the assessment of curative effects and at the same time in the guidance of clinical decision-making. Conclusion ： The emergence of this new evaluation indicator of the quality of life will be inevitable. |
