| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗抑郁症伴有心脏神经症患者的临床疗效。方法：60 例抑郁症患者随机分为中药加帕罗西汀组和帕罗西汀组治疗，观察 6 个月，观察治疗 6 个月前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表（H AM D）减分率及有效率。结果：中药加帕罗西汀组 H AM D 减分的幅度明显较帕罗西汀组大，差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗抑郁症伴心脏神经症疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective：Observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine orally in the treatment of depression with cardiac neurosis.Methods：60 cases were randomly divided into TCM combined with paroxetine treatment group and merely paroxetine treatment group.Observe the deduction rate and effective power of hamilton depression scale（HAMD） after treatment for 6 months.Results：The HAMD deduction extent of TCM combined with paroxetine in the treatment group is significantly better than the merely paroxetine group.The difference has statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Based on TCM zheng differentiation-classification,Traditional Chinese Medicine orally can improve dependence of patients and improve core symptoms of depression with cardiac neurosis more effectively. |
