大黄提取液干预运动应激性胃溃疡大鼠模型的实验研究

目的：探讨大黄提取液对大鼠力竭性运动所致运动应激性胃溃疡的影响及其机制。方法：30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、力竭模型组和大黄组3组。以力竭性游泳运动制作运动应激性胃溃疡模型。检测3组大鼠胃黏膜的溃疡指数（UI）、血清内皮素（ET）和6-酮-前列腺素F1α（6-K-PGF1α）含量。结果：力竭性运动后的模型组大鼠UI指数明显增大,同时6-K-PGF1α下降,ET含量增高;而大黄组,UI指数明显下降,同时6-K-PGF1α升高,ET含量下降。结论：大黄提取液能够抗运动应激性胃溃疡的形成。

Research of Rhubarb Extracts on Interfering in Exercise Stress Ulcer of Rats

Objective：To observe the effect of rhubarb extracts on exercise-induced stress ulcer.Methods：30 rats were randomly divided into3 groups：the normal control group,the exercise-induced stress ulcer group and the rhubarb extracts group.The exercise-induced stress ulcer rat model was established by overload of swimming training.The UI,serum ET,serumPGI2 were measured in rats of every group.Results：Compared with the normal contral group,the model group showed a increase in UI,a increase in ET,and a reduce in PGI2.The rhubarb extracts group showed a reduce in UI,a reduce in ET,and a increase in PGI2.Conclusion：The rhubarb extracts can improve the exercise-induced stress ulcer.
