| 摘 要： | 目的：观察痰热清注射液对慢性肺心病的疗效。方法：将80例慢性肺心病患者随机分为两组,均予西医基础治疗。治疗组给予痰热清注射液30ml加入5%葡萄糖液500ml静脉滴注;对照组给予参麦注射液40ml加入5%葡萄糖液500ml静滴。疗程均为20d。结果：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论：痰热清注射液治疗慢性肺心病临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： to observe the effect of injection for clearing heat-phlegm on Chronic cardiopulmonary disease. Method. 80 cases of chronic cardiopulmonary disease were randomly divided into 2 groups. On the basis of treatment in medicine, the treatment was treated in injection for clearing heat-phlegm and the control in sengmai injection. The course of treatment was 20 days. Results： there was much better effective in the treatment than control. Conclusion： the injection for clearing heat-phlegm has notable clinical curative effect to treat chronic cardiopulmonary disease. |
