| 摘 要： | 观察近年来以活血化瘀法为主治疗系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的相关文献,分析SLE的病因病机,并结合SLE血瘀证临床表现,认为SLE病程反复迁延,时轻时重,各种致病因素都可不同程度地导致血瘀,瘀血不仅是病理产物,又是致病因素,因此血瘀贯穿于SLE的始终。所以,活血化瘀法治疗SLE疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Observe the pertinent literature related to promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis treatment in treating systemic lupus erythematosus（ SLE）. Through the analysis of pathogenesis of SLE combined with clinical manifestation of blood stasis syndrome,it shows SLE pathogenesis again and again. Every etiological factor can induce blood stasis to some degree. Blood stasis is not only pathology product but also etiological factor as blood stasis through SLE all the time. Promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis treatment in treating systemic lupus erythematosus has evident effect. |
