中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究

目的：观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效。方法：64例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机平均分为治疗组和对照组,观察两组有效率,治疗前后神经传导速度。结果：治疗组有效率为90.6%,对照组有效率为68.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后治疗组运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病疗效显著,可明显提高神经传导速度。

Clinical Study on Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： 64 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each of 32 cases. observed efficiency and conduction velocity before and after treatment. Results： the effective rate of treatment group was 90. 6%,and the control group was 68. 7%,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）; After treatment,the conduction velocity of motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity of treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy significantly can significantly improve nerve conduction velocity.
