许爱英教授治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床经验

目的：探讨许爱英教授用清热除湿、扶正解毒法治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床经验。方法：通过典型病案讨论,汲取中医临床辨证思路、方法,从治未病及治已病出发,并在疑难疾病上得以拓展,最终用来解决问题。结果：用甘草泻心汤化裁,治疗复发性口腔溃疡效果较好。结论：许爱英以益气健脾、清热除湿、扶正解毒为大法,加以蜂房、白花蛇舌草等有促进溃疡愈合的作用,故可以用于治疗复发性口腔溃疡。

Clinical Experience of Professor Xu Ai-ying Treats the Recurrent Oral Ulcers

Objective：To explore the experience of professor Xu Ai-ying with the clear heat and drain dampness,righting the detoxification treatment of recurrent oral ulcers.Methods：Through the typical case discussion and absorbing Chinese medicine clinical pattern discrimination from the disease has not starting,and difficult disease to develop,and ultimately to solve the elinical problems.Results：Gan cao xie xin decoction with additions and subtractions treats recurrent oral ulcers has better effect.Conclusion：The method of boosting qi and supplement spieen,clearing heat and draining dampness us well as righting the detoxification can promote ulcer cure and prevent it from reccurenting,so the formula can be used to treat recurrent oral ulcers.
