活血愈溃汤治疗胃络瘀阻型消化性溃疡临床研究

目的：观察活血愈溃汤治疗胃络瘀阻型消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：80例符合纳入标准的胃络瘀阻型消化性溃疡患者,依据就诊先后顺序,用随机数字表法随机分为2组。对照组采用元胡止痛片,3次/d,4片/次,口服;治疗组给予活血愈溃汤,1剂/d,水煎两次,混合后共取汁300 mL,分早晚2次温服。治疗期间忌酒烟,勿食辛辣刺激食物,少食生冷油腻酸性食物,规律饮食,停用其它治疗药物。2组均42 d为1疗程,2疗程后统计疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为90.00%,对照组为70.00%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组;②两组均按时完成治疗,未发现治疗有明显的毒副作用和不良反应,显示了治疗药物良好的依从性。结论：活血愈溃汤治疗胃络瘀阻型消化性溃疡有较好的临床疗效,且无明显毒副作用,依从性好。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Huoxue Yuyang soup in treating stomach invigorate the collaterals stasis resistance type chronic peptic ulcer.Methods：According to the time visiting hospital,80 cases met inclusion criteria stomach winding stasis resistance type peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received yuan hu painkillers,three times/d,4 piece/times,oral;The treatment group give invigorate the crushing soup,1 pay/d,water frying twice,mixed post-communist take juice 300ml,points robes.2 times temperature evening During treatment,avoid alcohol smoke,don＇t eat spicy food stimulates food and less acidic or oily food,food,eating regularly other drugs.Stop Two groups are six weeks for a course,2 treatment empress statistics curative effect.Results：①The two groups of curative effect comparison： the control group for 34.03 average rank times,the treatment group for 44.38 average rank times.Mann-Whitney U statistics for 556.00,1021.00,Z Wilcoxon W as of test statistics for Z=-2.004,P=0.042（bilateral）,two groups of curative effect has significant difference,the treatment group were better than the control group;②The total effective rate of treatment group is 90.00% and 70.00% of the control group,two groups of comparisons： x2=5.195,ν=1,P=0.023,there are significant differences,the treatment group than in control group;③Both groups finished treatment,are obviously not found the side effects of treatment with adverse reaction,showing the drug good compliance.Conclusion： The decoction has better clinical curative effect to invigorate the crushing stomach winding stasis resistance type peptic ulcer,and has no significant side effects,it has good compliance,deserves being further studyed.
