| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨清热利湿活血汤治疗脾胃湿热型口腔扁平苔癣的临床疗效。方法：80例确诊患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用清热利湿活血汤治疗,对照组采用曲安奈德注射液和2%利多卡因注射液封闭治疗。结果：治疗组有效率为92.5%明显高于对照组（72.5%）,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：清热利湿活血汤治疗脾胃湿热型口腔扁平苔癣有较好的临床疗效

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of qingrelishihuoxue soup in treating spleen and stomach oral flat lichen.Methods：80 cases diagnosed patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group treatment group using qingrelishi huoxue soup treatment.The control group QuAn Ned injection and 2% lidocaine injection seal treatment.Results：The effective rate was 92.5% in treatment group is obviously higher than that of the control group（72.5%）.Conclusion：Heat lishi huoxue soup different treatment of spleen and stomach oral flat lichen have better clinical curative effect |
